We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for local trips and 6–8 weeks for peak season destinations like El Nido and Siargao (December–April). For remote destinations like Batanes, book 2–3 months ahead due to limited flights.
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure for most packages. Within 72 hours, a 30% cancellation fee applies. For packages with pre-booked airfare, airline cancellation policies apply. Full details are provided at the time of booking.
Package inclusions vary by package. Each listing clearly states what is included (accommodation, meals, tours, transfers, etc.) and what is not. We offer add-ons like airfare, travel insurance, and premium upgrades upon request.
Absolutely! Every package can be customized. Tell us your preferred accommodation tier, activity preferences, dietary needs, or any special occasion and we'll craft a bespoke itinerary for you at no extra consultation fee.
Yes! We can arrange domestic flight bookings with Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia as part of your package. We recommend this as an add-on for seamless, fully coordinated travel.
We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), credit/debit cards, and PayPal. Installment payments are also available for packages over ₱10,000 — contact us for details.
Basic travel assistance is included in all packages. Full travel insurance (covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and more) is available as an add-on at an affordable rate. We strongly recommend it for all trips.
